III. Limitations of Flatbed Vulcanizers
Although widely used, they are not always suitable for certain applications:

Long, continuous products, such as indefinitely long sealing strips and hoses, are better suited to drum vulcanizers or continuous vulcanization lines (such as microwave or hot air vulcanization).

Extremely complex products, such as those with complex metal inserts or deep, thin-walled cavities, can be better served by injection vulcanizers, ensuring complete mold filling and reducing scrap.

Extremely large products, such as large tires, require specialized tire vulcanizers (with tire expansion and tread plate expansion functions).
